Self esteem ideas and tips to build strong, positive self esteem and confidence
We must create an environment in which self esteem can flourish. That environment is an internal one.
Nothing external can bring any true happiness without first creating the correct state of mind to receive it. Possessions, property, people and success, etc, are all valid and good, it’s healthy to desire them, but only when desired with the correct mindset.
Create the right internal environment and you can do nothing but have all these good things added to you. If you seek first the material, you probably will never have it, and if you do, well, it will become your greatest source of misery. This is why we behave in a way that benefits us internally, even if it costs us dearly in the short term.

Monitor your motivation, not just your actions. A successful outcome undertaken under the wrong motivation is failure. Be aware, very aware of this. To have great self esteem we must feel successful. we can get what we want, in the short term, quicker and easier than the method laid out before you and throughout this site. The key word however in the method presented to you here is sustained. We want positive change to be permanent.
Long term, sustained happiness. This is what we want. Do not be tempted like the fools. All that shines is not gold. You can get big money by working in an immoral industry, you can develop self esteem by belittling others, you can gain social advantage by being the spreader of lies and rumors.
All can provide short term benefit. The end result of all is poverty and misery. There are no shortcuts. Again we are dealing with laws of science here. Failure is as scientific as success. Do not be tempted. Make sure our motivation to action is as honest as our desire to achieve results. So here are some self esteem ideas.
Don’t be harsh with yourself. Always let your self talk be kind and loving. We’re going to make mistakes, this is a given. When it happens, learn the lesson, make the necessary correction and move on knowing that you are now closer to your goal than you were before the mistake. Again be honest. Maintain a positive attitude.
Let your criticism be constructive and useful. Harsh, non constructive criticism is no more than a form of self harm. It does not help you or anybody, it’s not needed, don’t do it. Correction is good and is needed, lets just be smart about it.
Set goals, develop a strong habit of
Nothing helps self esteem more than knowing we can achieve anything. Setting goals makes the results measurable. This is good.
Remember, there is no one solution. Over all continued personal development is the answer. Look to improve all areas of life. Happiness, self esteem, confidence, success and relationships are all related. It just is not possible to focus on only one. Seek out a well rounded program and your chances of success will improve dramatically.
