Self Esteem Building. Those in possession of high self esteem have the world at their feet. All things are possible to those people. It can be developed. All that is required is an open mind
Self esteem building. How you feel about yourself, or your self esteem is probably the single most important issue you can address.
It is also very closely related to self worth and self confidence. I will refer to these combined attributes as images or self images.
Happiness is not materially based.
In self esteem building, it's important to understand that it is not things that make you happy, it is feelings and images. Those images, if healthy, produce physical action in us that gets certain results. Those results then produce material things which we are free to enjoy including self esteem. You see, when we are happy it is virtually impossible to not be materially successful. It’s right, and you should enjoy the wages of your work. It does not work in reverse, being materially successful will not automatically make you happy and bring about self esteem.
Your self images are of the utmost significance here. Your self esteem produces your desire to act, your self confidence is your tool of action, and self worth is your bank account to deposit the wages of your labors into. Neglect any of these areas and you are doomed to reach far less than you are capable of.
You owe it to yourself your family, your friend and society in general to become the best human being you can possibly be. This is the most selfless act you can undertake. In achieving this end you will amass a small fortune of happiness, love, joy and any other material thing you may desire. You will improve your quality of life and the quality of all you meet. You will leave the world a better place than you found it, history will speak well of you long after you are gone.
In order to do this you need personal growth, and lots of it. Self esteem building is where you start. You simply must see yourself as a worth while person. Finding purpose will help this. Understanding basic spiritual principles will help this. We are physical and we are spirit, you must to set to work on both in equal measure.
discover your identity,
Build a belief or value system,
let us set some values for life, and let us raise your standards. Refuse to settle for mediocrity, you don’t have to. In building self esteem you will build character, not ego, you will build self respect not arrogance and you will trade procrastination for action, ultimately you will reach the pinnacle of human experience.
You can have this. Desire it, become obsessed. Go to work on your self and watch how those around you change. Become a leader, it is within you.
All journeys though must have a starting point. As always follow the links and learn all you can learn. Knowledge is power, well actually knowledge acted upon is power.
