The best way to get over social anxiety and that type of depression is go to places you are scared of and face things that you fear, it is the only way.
I also used to really suffer from social anxiety but my friend were people tat always wanted to go out. The more I made my self go to social gatherings and places that I was really afraid of, the less I was scared. Inevitably, you learn how to talk to others and learn that it's really not a big deal at all. If you do this enough eventually you will start to get comfortable with it.
You just gotta get up an do it. Social anxiety and depression isn't just going to go away all by itself.
