Addicted To Alcohol

Hello, please help me, I am hopelessly addicted to alcohol and it is destroying my life. I've tried to stop lots of times and I can do it for a week or two then I start back again.

I can't get a job cause all I want to do is drink. I'm so unhappy. I've tried everything and don't know what to do. I feel like I'm dying. Can you help me, do you know how I can beat my addiction to alcohol?
